STUDENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
As
part of contribution to the society, PT Mitra Pratama Listrindo has been
taken part of human resources development by providing internship
program for Senior Secondary School students since the company was
established.
Until 2012, Hundreds of Vocational and Pre-professional
Senior Secondary Schools (SMK) students have been trained for 2 to 3
months during their internship terms in PT MPL to improve their
knowledge and skills about AC Generator.
The aim of the program is to
train and prepare SMK students to be a ready and skillful work force in
generator related industry as soon as they finished their secondary
school.
